Following this amazing revelation, the whole tenor of the group changed and we all began to exchange what would be TMI in ordinary life without fear of judgement and thus the utopia that is this group was born when we voted on a new name and chose LGR. The LGR is a closed invite-only Facebook group, for real life reasons. [We're sure you understand what we mean]. The [original] LGR was proudly created December 7, 2009. It was just a place for a bunch of us girls to speak freely and without censors about our love for the Twilight saga and its cast. The group quickly became more than just a site. We all bonded over our love for Rob and Kristen in particular, but became fast friends. Tons of our members were lucky enough to meet each other in person! A few even convinced members of the cast to take a pic with our 'signature' pose.
As mentioned in our 'Welcome' post, one Sunday we were just sitting around our laptops. Next thing ya know, inspiration hits! Our beloved member Mags suggested having a collective LGR fic, which led to a huge discussion of the plot, title, number of writers, etc. That's how this site came about. This is not the original LGR. This is the place where we will post our fanfic, name still undecided. There are also links to other [great] fanfics a few of our members have already established.
Our group has over 150 members, so it's quite difficult to list all of them individually; however, we love and appreciate every member! Big thanks to our creator, Monica! We have 3 admins and 24 officers.
